Located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, Mrotek’s Martial Arts is taught by Katulungan Guro Mrotek, through USA Academy of Martial Arts. We offer quality training in Filipino martial arts, and are a proud member of the Inayan System of Eskrima since 1998. Mrotek’s Martial Arts is dedicated to preserving and propagating the art, as it was taught by Guro Mrotek’s friend and Master, the late Mangisusuro Mike Inay.
We continue to uphold the history and the traditions established by Inay through training and proliferation of his art, with great honor. Today the Inayan tradition continues under the guidance of Suro Jason Inay, Grandmaster of the Inayan System of Eskrima. Suro Inay visits Wisconsin several times per year while traveling the world promoting and teaching his families art. This persistent adjustment and adaptation of our curriculum continues to make our system relevant throughout these changing times.
Students here at Mrotek’s Martial Arts learn five styles of Filipino Martial Arts. All styles are strategically combined to give the student a well rounded foundation to continue to build from. With regular training, students will learn to apply skills and principles from all Inayan styles interchangeably, and with fluidity.

Katulungan Guro Mrotek has been a student of martial arts for many years. At age sixteen Mrotek was given a membership to the local Tae Kwon Do and spent the next few years training and in 1991 earned his Black Belt. After a couple year hiatus Mrotek began training in American Karate to continue the path of the martial artist. While training in American Karate Mrotek attended a Inayan Sinawali seminar and a new path was forged.
In 1998 Mrotek began training exclusively in Inayan Eskrima and in the summer of 1998 while attending the Gathering of the Master’s Seminar in Oneida Wisconsin Mrotek met Mangisursuro Inay ( the founder of the system). That day remains one of the most exciting moments in his martial arts career. Mangisursuro Inay greeted Mrotek as though they had been lifelong friends. Mangisursuro Inay and presented him with his medallion signifying his rank in the Inayan Sinawali Curriculum. Over the next many years Mr. Mrotek became a certified instructor In Inayan Sinawali, Inayan Dequerdas, Inayan Kadena De Mano and Inayan Larga Mano.
In 2000 The world lost Mangisursuro Inay. Mrotek continued his training under Suro Jason Inay, Son to Mike Inay and now the Grand Master of the system his father created. In 2005 Mrotek established Mrotek’s Martial Arts and has been spreading the art since then.
In September of 2010 Mrotek achieved a goal that he believed to be a few more years before it would be achieved. In the presence of several of his respected peers Mr. Mrotek was promoted to Katulungan Guro in the Inayan Training Organization. Katulungan Guro Mrotek continues to propagate the art and eagerly awaits what the future brings.
